Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier limitations.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

If the courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect address or unavailability:

• The customer will shoulder the re-delivery fee
• Orders unclaimed after 7 days may be cancelled
